A seasoned business professional with a rich experience spanning over 22 years in the dynamic markets of Yemen, UAE, and Canada. Fueled by an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit and keen business acumen, Ali has carved a distinguished career in business development, sales, and leadership.

Ali’s journey commenced in the markets of Yemen, where he established a thriving operational branch for the Cegelec Oil and Gas Division. From the ground up, he led teams that consistently surpassed corporate revenue goals, showcasing his adeptness in driving organizational success through strategic planning and execution.

Ali embarked on a new chapter in Canada, contributing his expertise to renowned companies such as Dell Canada and Teleperformance. These experiences provided him with invaluable insights into international business practices and the nuances of Canadian work culture.

Ali pursued postgraduate diplomas in Operations Management and CRM, Sales, and Marketing Management from Fanshawe College in Ontario. These academic endeavors fortified his knowledge with a robust theoretical foundation and practical tools, positioning him as a well-rounded professional.

Today, Ali stands as a results-driven leader with a proven track record of success across diverse industries and international markets. Passionate about supporting organizations in achieving their strategic growth plans through strategic business development, impactful sales strategies, and inspiring leadership.

With a passion for culinary excellence, Mike embarked on his professional journey in 1989, engaging him in the dynamic world of confectionery with a small company in South Baden, Germany. As the head of quality and export, Mike delved into the intricate workings of the industry, gaining invaluable hands-on experience from the ground up. This approach not only deepened his knowledge of the confectionery process but also allowed Mike to build a robust network of connections with retailers, fellow production companies, contract manufacturers, and licensees. His role also took him to various international confectionery trade fairs, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of global markets, further enhanced by the company’s extensive export activities.

Over the years, the confectionery industry has undergone a remarkable transformation, particularly in the realm of quality assurance and food safety. Today, these standards have reached unprecedented levels, demanding external expertise capable of navigating and implementing these requirements swiftly and flexibly. Adaptability and speed have become the cornerstones of success and competitiveness in this dynamic environment, qualities he has consistently raised throughout his career.

In 2009, driven by a vision to provide unmatched food safety expertise, Mike founded Swiss Food in Zurich. Since its inception, the company has been at the forefront of addressing inquiries related to food safety, assembling a team of highly qualified experts dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions tailored to specific client needs.

Majed Bafaqih is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and board member at FSSC MENA LLC which is considered one of the most vital positions in our company and our partners’ companies of governmental entities, private organizations, investors, and businessmen, and it is witnessed that Bafagih is a confident leader and negotiator that enjoys strong business management, commercial acumen, and wide technical knowledge with budgeting and forecasting.

Majed can define new ways to improve the general budget, increase the income, identify the risks / future market chances, and reduce the costs.

Majed has excellent practical knowledge of international standards to prepare financial reports and national accounting standards. He is also capable of negotiating vital and complicated financial affairs for business owners in previous and current positions and with all governmental and private organizations within all the regions of the Middle East and Australia.
